Studios Konstantinos are located at a distance of 1000-1500 m. From Parga, at the village of Anthousa, on a slope full of olive groves, overlooking the Venetian Castle, the cosmopolitan beach of Valtos and the endless blue of the Ionian Sea.
ΆΡΙΣΤΗεπαληθεύτηκε Υπέροχο Πεντακάθαρο δωμάτιο,υπέροχη θέα πολύ ήσυχη περιοχή και όσο για τους ιδιοκτήτες δεν μπορώ να πω κάτι λιγότερο από το υπέροχοι άνθρωποι …έχουμε πάει αρκετες φορες και όταν θα έχουμε το χρόνο θα ξαναπάμε ….ειναι η πρώτη μας επιλογή για τις διακοπέςΔημοσιεύτηκε στοεπαληθεύτηκε Πέραν των προσδοκιών μας! Καθαρός χώρος με προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια. Οι οικοδεσπότες ήταν πάντα παρόντες τόσο ως προς τη διαμονή μας στο κατάλυμα όσο και για να μας κατατοπίσουν για ό,τι άλλο θέλαμε να μάθουμε σχετικά με την περιοχή. Πρόκειται για μια φιλόξενη οικογένεια που έχει διαμορφώσει έναν όμορφο χώρο με μεράκι και περνάει τα βράδια της στον κήπο μαζί με όποιους φιλοξενούμενους θέλουν να μοιραστούν την παρέα τους. Το πρωινό ήταν πολύ καλό και πάντα στην ώρα του. Η θέα καταπληκτική. Το δωμάτιο εκτός από καθαρό είχε πολλά πράγματα που διευκολύνουν τη διαμονή όπως αρκετούς αποθηκευτικούς χώρους, σίτες παντού, ακόμα και επαγγελματικό πιστολάκι που συναντάς σπάνια. Και πολύ καλή μόνωση. Εμείς το κατευχαριστηθήκαμε και με την πρώτη ευκαιρία θα το ξαναεπισκεπτούμε. The view is breathtaking- all the rooms are facing Valtos beach and under your balcony you have olive trees. You have parking under the trees, and to get to the beach it takes about 3-4 minutes by car. if you want to relax, this is the right place.. we can't wait to come back to this piece of heaven ❤️Δημοσιεύτηκε στοεπαληθεύτηκε Fantastisch Wij hebben een week lang ontzettend genoten hier. De accommodatie is super netjes en schoon met een prachtig uitzicht over het strand bij Valtos. De eigenaren zijn ontzettend aardig en helpen je met van alles op weg. Wij hebben een hele fijne vakantie hier gehad en gaan zeker nog eens terug komen!Δημοσιεύτηκε στοεπαληθεύτηκε A warm welcome with a gorgeous view Arriving at Studio Konstantinos, we were warmly greeted by Konstantinos and his charming, outgoing Russian-born wife Lilia. Lilia was wearing an orange Konstantinos T-shirt--and we soon learned that her warm personality shines through every detail of the couple's inviting, immaculate, and brightly coloured studio apartments. The building is located an easy few minutes up the coast from the touristy centre of Parga--along the main road, in the midst of olive groves, with fabulous views through the trees to the Ionian sea. Each studio is lovingly appointed to reflect the friendliness and thoughtfulness of the hosts. ("I love orange," Lilia says.) A cheerful and immaculate kitchen, along with a cabinet with wine glasses and bottle-opener, invites guests to feel completely at home. We opted for the excellent optional breakfast, which we ate on our beautiful balcony over the sea. But the studios are fully equipped to make even serious meal preparation feasible: pots and pans, attractive earthenware and cutlery, glassware and mugs, detergent and towels--everything for a group of four, gleamingly fresh and colour-coordinated. The couple greet their guests in an outdoor patio, where one is welcomed to join them for a drink or a chat. Toys are available for children. Although our stay was quite short, we look forward to returning (as regulars apparently do) for an extended stay.Δημοσιεύτηκε στοεπαληθεύτηκε Καταπληκτικό!! Το επιλέξαμε τυχαία.. Αλλα η επιλογή μας δικαίωσε με το παραπάνω!! Υπέροχη τοποθεσία, η θέα από τα δωμάτια καταπληκτική. Άψογη καθαριότητα.. You have a great view to the bay , spacious and clean rooms , with everything you need in it , also the kitchen is good equiped. Warm and welcoming hosts Konstantinos and his wife made our stay feel like we were home. You can ask them anything for advice. Private parking spot etc etc etc :) :) . It was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The bed was very cozy, and I appreciated the little touches like fresh towels, toiletries, and a welcome coffee. The location is fantastic—very beautiful view from balcony, yet quiet enough to relax in the evenings. The host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and made check-in and check-out smooth and easy. I was positive surprised from the stuff. They were coming in the room and cleaned every second day. Overall, this studio exceeded my expectations, and I would happily stay here again. Thank you for making my trip so enjoyable! ☹ I only did not like the electricity, because when we are out of the room, there is no power in the room, and the refrigerator also. Situated 1km above beautiful Parga, Studio Konstantinos has it's own parking which is rare in Parga so you will have your own spot always. Our kids were delighted to find here the place where to relax on the lawn in front of the house where the owners Konstantinos and Liliya accomodated some turtles. And guess what...they laid down eggs and before our departure a baby turtle hatched from an egg. A Wonder of the nature. What more is there to say? Konstantinos gave us some hints where to eat in the proximity and the food was fresh and tasty. The cleaning was maximum you can ask, really. Bonus! Our children have become friends with Polina-their daughter and another guest girl, playing cards and exercising their English which was pretty cool as an early teens. Thank you Liliya, Dinos and Polina for having us. It was a pleasure. ☹ The distance to Parga. But we knew it from the start so it doesn't count.

Φέτος επιλέξαμε την Παργα για τις διακοπές μας σε ένα ίσως από τα πιο ωραία καταλύματα το Konstantinos studios…Ένα δωμάτιο άνετο καθαρό και με κουζίνα για μια 4 μελή οικογένεια όπως εμεις .1χλμ έξω από την Παργα προς την Ανθουσα με θέση πάρκινγκ φιλόξενους και ευγενικούς οικοδεσπότες για να σε κατοπισουν για τα πάντα !!Το πιο υπέροχο απ’ολα ήταν η υπέροχη θέα που είχαμε απ’το μπαλκόνι μας με θέα το κάστρο και την παραλία Βάλτος…Σας το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!!!Σας ευχαριστούμε για την όμορφη διαμονή και φιλοξενία♥️♥️💙💙Δημοσιεύτηκε στοΤο Trustindex επαληθεύει ότι η αρχική πηγή της κριτικής είναι Google. Ερχόμαστε πολλά χρόνια για διακοπές στην όμορφη Πάργα με τις τέλειες παραλίες. Τα Konstantinos Studios ήταν μια ευχάριστη έκπληξη για εμάς στις δύο εβδομάδες που μείναμε εκεί. Καταπληκτική θέα στον Βάλτο και το Κάστρο, πεντακάθαρα, ήσυχα δωμάτια και οι πιο φιλόξενοι οικοδεσπότες, πάντα πρόθυμοι να μας εξυπηρετήσουν με ένα χαμόγελο. Σας ευχαριστούμε για όλα και ελπίζουμε να τα ξαναπούμε και του χρόνου!

Parga, the jewel of the Ionian sea, with a population of 3,000 inhabitants, is located in southwestern Greece and is bathed by the blue waters of the Ionian Sea.
